ARRUMADINHO INGLES!


Beef B&B left overs - 100g
1/2 medium onions
1 tomato
1/3 green paprika
1 can (300g) of blackeye beans in water with added salt.
cassava flour
2 tables spoons of vegetable oil
1 table spoon of butter
1 tea spoon of paprika powder

1. Cut the beef in very small peaces and fry it with 1 spoon of vegetable oil. Reserve.
2. Boil the Blackeye beans and sever it. Reserve.
3. use the same pan that you fryed the beef. Add 1 spoon of vegetable oil + 1 spoon of butters + 1 tea spoon of paprika + salt + black pepper. When the butter is melted, switch off the oven and add the Cassava flour, mix it very well. Make it arm and reserve.
